My 90 Day Tranformation
My name is Michelle Murray. I started my journey to health started in 2011 with a "Biggest Loser" teams challenge at work. I ended up being the "Biggest Loser", which fueled my fire to set a course to my hit my goals both personally and in my quest to become healthy. In that quest I became a run and learned, for me, running is my stress reliever. I learned no matter how scared I am to do something for the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time, the feeling of success and pride in myself out-weighs the scared feeling everytime. When I was heavier and unhealthy I was depressed, stressed, anxious and sad all the time. I got so good at acting like I was happy that I started to believe I was. Then once I changed my mindset I realized how truly unhappy I was with almost every aspect of my life. After 3 years of I decided I wanted to start taking nutritional supplements and I read about every single supplement out there. After I talked to a close friend where I found out about Innutra. I decided Innutra was the product for me and now I want to share it with everyone. Innutra's creator Jim Ayers is truly on a mission to change the world, to make everyone happier and healthier.
